Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple:

1. Eligibility

   1. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

   2. Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

   3. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories, intimate wear, or final-sale items.

2. How to Start a Return

   • Begin your return here: https://talljane.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/. You’ll need your order number and the email or phone linked to your order.             

3. Shipping Your Return

   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

   • Attach the return label and drop it off at the nearest courier location.

   • Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.'
